Messy Church

Messy Church is a fantastic opportunity for families with young children (2 years old up to the age of 10 or so) to worship our Lord in a non-traditional setting.

A typical Messy Church “service” involves the children participating in a craft with a biblical connection with a short bible story tying it all together. The children’s craft is led by properly screened volunteers from CCSJ, many of whom have experience with our Church School ministry. A song typically rounds out the “service”.

A hot meal is served afterwards and we are all finished up by 6:00 pm. There is NO COST to attend.

Messy Church typically occurs once per month starting from Sept/Oct running to June and is held on a Sunday afternoon from 4:00 to 6:00 pm at the church.
